Children & Youth Registration Form
Please complete the '23-'24 Children & Youth Registration Form so we are sure to have the most up to date emergency contact information, medical details and permissions. The form is fillable. Just save and email back to Cherstin or print and drop off in Cherstin's mailbox in the first floor office.
Church Facilities Set Up Form
Please complete the Church Facilities Set Up Form when planning an event or meeting at the church. Return the form to Barb Fischer no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Expense Voucher
Complete and return the Expense Voucher to Jan Scheurer.
Memorial Garden
Complete and return Memorial Garden Contract to Jan Scheurer.
Mission Experience Grant
The Mission Experience Grant encourages young adults from WGPC to support their interest in mission, service and education by participating in volunteer projects, study programs, social action campaigns, unpaid internships and focused travel or mission trips in the spirit of WGPC's mission to serve Christ through active discipleship with our community and in the world.

Youth Activity Form
Please complete the Youth Activities Consent Form prior to any overnight youth activities. This form is fillable. Simply download, complete and email to Cherstin Byers or print and drop in Cherstin's mailbox in the main floor office.
