Coping with COVID-19

Friends in Christ, this page is where you can find all the current information, updates and resources about how we are living into our calling as God's people during this time.  No matter how far apart we may be in body, we are one in God's Spirit, and we still seek to live Christ's love, welcome all people, and joyfully serve God.

New Ways to Gather During COVID-19

Worship - In Person

WGPC has returned to in-person worship. In order to meet the recommendations of St. Louis County for the number of people allowed in the building, those who plan to attend church should register in advance. Sign up online here or by calling Valerie Hampton at 314-962-9210 x3202. Please click to read procedures for attending worship.

Worship - Online

Church worship services will continue to be offered on our Online Worship page . Worship will be live streamed at 9:30am, followed by a recording of the service available to be viewed anytime.

Joys & Concerns

Create your own fellowship! Visit our online church directory to make your own connections within our church family.

Church Staff and Building

WGPC staff continue to serve! Some staff members are working from the church and some are working from home. All have email access and are checking their voicemail. Visit the Staff page for email addresses and phone numbers.

The building is closed for regular business. Some staff are usually in the building Tuesday through Thursday 9:00am-noon, but please call if you need to visit. If you ring the bell, please be patient in case someone has to come from the other side of the building to unlock the door.

Please be cognizant of social distancing guidelines. Hand sanitizer is available at the Hale Entrance.

Be sure to check your email for the Friday Flash! This is our best method of getting news and changes to you. If you aren't receiving the Friday Flash you can sign up here.

Did you know you can submit prayer requests online? Click here to send a prayer request to our pastors.  Prayer requests will be kept confidential.

Opportunities to Help (mostly) From Home

If you're finding yourself with some extra time on your hands and you're looking for ways to help others, here are a few ideas that have been curated by the Mission Commission and Advocacy Team. Feel free to let us know of other opportunities we can share.

Remember, we're all in this together. We can stay connected even as we are separated.

We seek to live Christ's love, welcome all people and joyfully serve God.
